Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.
  • 3 years of experience with network infrastructure operations or builds, focusing on optical transport, dark and leased fiber, cross-connects, etc.
  • 3 years of experience with networking protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting of DWDM systems, including DWDM topology and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Layer 1 optical transmissions systems, layer 3 routing TCP/IP, wireless networking, network design, or operations.
