Access Network Management - Network Field Engineer CDO Area based in Malaybalay, Bukidnon with primary functions as the Operations and Maintenance of Wireline-Broadband, Wireless Network, Enterprise Lines and Transport Equipment including Fiber Optic and Radio Links.Performs Onsite or Field Troubleshooting and Corrective Maintenance Activities for Fault Tickets (FT)/ Incident Tickets (INC)/Problem Tickets (PRB) / Work Order(WO) and Network quality/performance issues endorsed by TIER1 Service Operations Center (DSOC-Domestic Service Operations Center and RSC-Regional Service Center)
Performs equipment fault isolation and correction to ensure normal equipment operations by running diagnostic tests
Performs testing and equipment calibration and troubleshooting to normalize service interruption
Performs 1st level troubleshooting of on-site issues
