Network Expert - Colombia - F5)

Located in Bogotá, Colombia, this role performs as a Network Expert within the customer services group, acting as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding teams for technical network issues.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues.
  • Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
  • Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
  • Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
  • Investigate and resolve network related issues.
  • Perform on‑call duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.
  • Strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage.
