To provide basic support on desktop, computers, laptop on windows.
Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders/principal vendors where required
Provide desktop, software troubleshooting
Support /upgrade Windows 7/10
Qualifications
DIPLOMA IN IT – MUST – Should have completed. Polytechnique Graduates in IT also welcome.
No experience (fresher) or any other industry experience is also OK.
Good communications and inter-personal skills and are able to express themselves clearly in both spoken and written English.
Support Hours:
The working hours of the Desktop Engineer during the normal school hours shall not exceed a total of 44 hours a week, excluding lunch hour. The normal school hours are as follows (excluding public holidays): Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 6.30 pm – STAGERRED HOURS
They may require the TA to work on selected Saturdays....
