Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage voice network infrastructure, including AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways.
  • Administer and support Cisco CUCM and CME environments, including call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning.
  • Provide advanced technical support for voice-related incidents, including P1/P2 issues, with on-call support as required.
  • Monitor voice network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and call quality.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex voice and network issues.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure accurate technical records.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice services with existing systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for voice and network infrastructure.
