Network Engineer

Job Description
Oversees projects management and implementation;
Codify implementation design into documented for end user's record;
Conduct training and presentation for team members and end-users;
Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer/customer on the network setup;
Assist on technical communications with customer/partner, to ensure closure of sales order;
Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer's requirements;
Work closely with Level 2 support, if case issue is escalated to Level 3;
Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors; and
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement
Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent
At least 2 years of work experience in a SI or distributor environment with network security skillset
Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies and network security
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
