Job Summary
Support the planning, design, implementation, management and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networking solutions over fibre optic networks, driving project success and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, design and implement wired and wireless networking solutions over fibre optic and ethernet networks to meet customer requirements
Conduct maintenance of customer networks and participate in after-office network support.
Lead Proof of Concept testing, optimise network infrastructure, and manage customer acceptance tests to validate solutions
Maintain service levels and escalation KPIs to provide high availability levels.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and engineers to foster knowledge sharing and innovation
Conduct technical training and presentations for internal teams, channel partners, and customers to support pre-sales and confidence-building activities
