REDtone Digital Berhad is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. We are looking for Network Engineer with good technical capabilities in supporting and maintaining REDtone services. You are responsible to implement best practices, automate tasks and to ensure uninterrupted network/system services. You will be working closely with other operations teams to facilitate network delivery
What you'll be doing
- Provide detailed network requirement specifications for systems to be established and implemented.
- Configure, operate, and maintain network devices and firewalls in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Review and evaluate new solutions to enhance the resilience, security, and reliability of the existing network environment.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of ongoing tasks, work performed, and changes introduced to the network infrastructure.
