Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration:
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and VPN solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless access points (Cisco).
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and performance.
Firewall and Security:
Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto).
Manage security policies, NAT rules, and VPN tunnels.
Analyze firewall logs and perform regular security audits.
Ensure firewall redundancy and high availability.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Monitor security breaches and respond to incidents.
Implement endpoint protection, anti-malware, and data loss prevention solutions.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration tests.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with system administrators and IT support teams.
Provide L2/L3 support for network and security-related issues.
