Network Engineer

Role Purpose

We are looking for a CCNP-certified Network Engineer to join our team for a 12-month onsite contract. You will be the primary point of contact for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our enterprise Cisco infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security across routing, switching, and wireless platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management:
  Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless systems using CLI.
• Incident Resolution:
  Provide expert onsite support to identify and resolve complex network faults and connectivity issues.
• Project Support:
  Implement and manage VLANs, trunking, inter-VLAN routing, and SD-WAN operations.
• Voice Integration:
  Offer basic to intermediate support for Unified Communications (UC) and VoIP services.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of configurations, network changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
