Job Description
IT Technicians is looking for a Network Engineer with proven Hilton environment experience. This role is fully remote and will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, technical guidance, and coordinating on site technicians during cabling projects and general IT support work across Hilton hotels. You will act as the technical lead, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and that field teams execute work correctly, safely, and in line with Hilton standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote support for Hilton hotel network and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot wired and WiFi networks, VLANs, switching, routing, firewall rules, and access point deployments
