Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Troubleshoot network incidents and ensure minimal downtime
- Support network security controls and compliance requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking equipment
- Exposure to cloud networking concepts
- Experience in managed services or enterprise support environments preferre
