Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network issues on a 24x7x365 basis.
  • Coordinate with global service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure global network availability and continuity of services.
  • Quickly restore and resolve network service issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams and global service providers for problem resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Global network availability.
  • Speed and efficiency in restoration/resolution of network services.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills Required
Cisco Routing, Firewalls, Network Troubleshooting, Ccna, Ccnp
