Network Engineer L2

Network Security Operations

• Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of network security devices including firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, and VPNs.
• Configure and manage firewall rules, NAT policies, VPN tunnels, and security policies.
• Monitor network traffic and analyze logs to identify anomalies or malicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support.

Incident Management & Troubleshooting

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network security incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM vendors for resolution of complex issues.
• Implement standard change management and incident response procedures.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all systems and processes adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
