Job Summary

:We are looking for an L1 NOC Engineer responsible for monitoring leased line links and network infrastructure. The role involves first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with service providers/vendors to ensure 24x7 uptime and SLA adherence.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Monitor leased line links, WAN, LAN, and backbone infrastructure through NMS tools. Perform real-time network monitoring, identify outages, packet drops, latency, or performance degradation. Log incidents and update ticketing systems (like ServiceNow, Remedy, or internal tool). Provide first-level troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, checking device/interface status). Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 engineers or ISP/vendor as per defined SOP.
