Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-sales consultation and post-sales technical support.
Handle pre-sales inquiries, provide product consultation, quotations, and process orders.
Respond to general inquiries regarding products, promotions, technical issues, and commercial topics.
Provision new orders remotely and allocate appropriate resources to clients based on requirements.
Troubleshoot issues encountered by customers during usage.
Configure server systems, switches, and routers as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in deploying, installing, and maintaining Windows and Linux OS.
Knowledge of mainstream network equipment, hardware, RAID cards, etc.
Responsible work attitude with good customer service and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills; pre/post-sales or IDC experience is an advantage.
