+ The ideal candidate should have advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with OEM-agnostic, heterogeneous deployments.
+ Responsibilities include providing day-to-day customer support, performing preventive maintenance, conducting site surveys, and preparing project documentation (including Scope of Work, site prerequisites, and handover documents).
