To support daily operations of company IP Core Network, monitor network status, monitor and manage trouble tickets, provides remote assistance to engineers and customer, liaise with vendors and customers to resolve network issues.

- Provide onsite support for Installation, Troubleshooting, Termination (Collection of Equipment) for Broadband Service, DIA, Metro-E, Managed Wi-Fi).
- Compile and produced Installation Report (Broadband), SAF, OSR & FFR.
- Execute Installation/Troubleshooting/Termination (Collection of Equipment) of Broadband Service at Perak.
- Perform 1st & 2nd Level Troubleshooting via Remote & Onsite for the services at Perak (DIA, Metro-E, BB, Managed Wi-Fi).
- Standby 24/7 for remote support and on-site support.
- Respond email/Trouble Ticket (TT) /complaint from client.
