Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
✅ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
✅ Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues
✅ Implement network security policies and firewall configurations
✅ Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for smooth operations
✅ Maintain documentation of network architecture and updates
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
• Experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Sophos devices preferred
• Understanding of network security and firewall management
• Ability to handle escalations and critical downtime situations
• Good communication and coordination skills
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
- Shift: 5 pm to 2 am
