Job Description
- Perform configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Aruba switches.
- Create, modify, and manage VLANs as per network requirements.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Network device installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Support escalation to L3 teams when required.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory.
- Ensure network compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
- 1–3 years of experience in network operations or support.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of VLANs, trunking, and routing concepts.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar).
