Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Engineer to provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) coverage and deliver network projects. This role involves managing day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, implementing changes, and ensuring the stability and security of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide BAU coverage (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT); extended coverage may be required as per vendor contract).
Manage fault reporting and troubleshooting with vendors (e.g., ISP issues).
Execute BAU change management processes.
Perform out-of-hours changes when necessary.
Conduct hardware and software patching.
Deliver project implementations while balancing BAU priorities.
Minimum Technical Criteria
Must have hands-on experience with:
Cisco Networking: Switching, routing, and firewalls.
Cisco Nexus core architecture (N9K & N3K).
Cisco FTD firewalls managed via FMC.
Meraki Switching: Access layer deployment.
