Description:

This engineering position supports the activation, migration, modification and/or troubleshooting of various Telecommunication VoIP services provided to our end-user customers and vendors in the Public Sector.

Engineers manage a daily schedule of service activities and interact with multiple internal and external parties, performing configurations, modifications and deletions in Telecommunication's network and provisioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Verify/validate order details and work scope, perform pre-install testing, resolve any issues that could impact service or delay the due date.
