This is a hands-on technical role covering project delivery, customer solutions, escalation support and network design. It would suit someone operating at, or close to, Senior Network Engineer level who enjoys working across varied customer environments rather than sitting in a narrow BAU support role. You'll be involved in the design, implementation and support of enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, wireless and security technologies.
