Troubleshooting of network issues related to data center and retail
Following-up with vendors
Joining HPI calls to perform at least 1st level of troubleshooting
Attending all the internal and client meetings and represent network team
Preparing daily reports and share to defined set of people
Following process properly while working on any change .
