Network Engineer

Job Summary

Support the planning, design, implementation, management and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networking solutions over fibre optic networks, driving project success and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement wired and wireless networking solutions over fibre optic and ethernet networks to meet customer requirements
• Conduct maintenance of customer networks and participate in after-office network support.
• Lead Proof of Concept testing, optimise network infrastructure, and manage customer acceptance tests to validate solutions
• Maintain service levels and escalation KPIs to provide high availability levels.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and engineers to foster knowledge sharing and innovation
