Network & Cyber Security Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a British National under UK nationality law due to legal and security restrictions.
• We are looking for experience securing hybrid environments across on‑premises infrastructure and cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365.
• We need proven experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls and enterprise network security architecture.
• We need in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft security tooling, including Defender, Purview, Compliance Centre, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Intune.
• We are looking for experience with virtualization platforms, particularly VMware vSphere and/or virtual desktop infrastructure.
• We expect experience using SIEM platforms and IDS/IPS systems, including configuration, tuning, alerting, and threat response.
