QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Professional Certifications (optional but preferred):
Cisco (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
Juniper (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS)
ITIL Foundation (for Change Management)
Nokia, Huawei, or Ericsson network certifications
Has attended trainings on 2G, LTE & 5G 101
Has attended Huawei and/or Nokia RAN trainings
Professional Experience:
2–5 years experience in Telecom Network Operations, Integration, or Change
Management.
Proven track record in:
Managing Method of Procedure (MOP) implementations and change controls.
Supporting live network deployments and system integration projects.
Executing network and service validation (e.g., SAT, HAT, regression testing).
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture:
Mobile Core (e.g., UDM, PCRF, USSD, IMS...
