Job Description
The Network Cable Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, repair, and maintenance of network cabling systems. This role includes managing a team of cable technicians, ensuring quality standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring timely completion of network cabling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of cable installers and technicians.
- Assign daily tasks, provide training, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor team performance and conduct performance evaluations.
Network Cabling Installation
- Oversee the installation and termination of network cables (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optic) for new builds, upgrades, or renovations.
- Ensure that cables are installed properly, labeled clearly, and meet all relevant standards and regulations.
