Network Automation Test Engineer (Python)

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Optical DWDM/OTN testing, including a strong understanding of ODU/OTU layers, routing protocols (GMPLS), and fault monitoring.
• Preferrable with Optical OLS or any Optical Line Side Expertise
• Proficiency in Python programming for test automation across REST APIs and Web UI environments.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Netconf, and PyTest/pyATS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing and resolving issues related to cross-platform automation.
• Exposure to preparing test strategies, test plans, and automation reports for large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
