The Client & Role:

We are currently working with a major utilities organisation, they are currently looking for a Network & Telephony Lead to join the organisation assisting with the delivery of their IT infrastructure and service management outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to multiple project teams, including 3rd parties, to deliver solutions on time and within defined quality/scope.
  • Manage the delivery of Network and Telephony services to meet their ongoing business requirements.
  • Lead the outsourced team (vendors) to ensure that Network and Telephony services are operated to expected outcomes, including adherence to SLA's.
  • Provide oversight of escalation, prioritisation, and drive stakeholder communication during critical events.
