Diagnose and resolve network issues across SD‑WAN, LAN (Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500, Nexus 9K), WLAN, and security platforms (firewalls). Configure and support advanced switching technologies. Apply a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies. Utilize knowledge of infrastructure cabling and transceivers to support physical network deployments. Manage enterprise routing. Configure and support wireless networks (Aruba) and Wi‑Fi platforms, including SSID setup, basic access point configuration, and troubleshooting. Apply knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) technologies. Manage cloud networking (preferably Microsoft Azure), including ExpressRoute, route table design and management, and cloud‑based VPN solutions.
