You will be accountable for the availability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure and systems, keeping people and services reliably connected. You bring clear ownership and crisp execution, and you care about building networks that are simple, scalable, and highly available.

Success Criteria

• Sustain 99.95% uptime across sites, cloud, and VPN connections
• Reduce incident response time and improve monitoring signal-to-noise ratio within the first 6 months
• Deliver accurate, current network diagrams, runbooks, and recovery procedures
• Harden configurations and maintain timely patching and vulnerability remediation
• Enable new projects and teams by executing changes safely, on time, and with clear stakeholder communication
