Job Description
- Monitor and maintain all network active and passive infrastructure
- Gather business requirements for network active and passive activities
- Coordinate with vendors for scope finalization and technical discussions
- Execute passive and active network implementation by coordinating with vendors
- Troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner to network-related service requests and incidents
- Raise and manage tickets with ISPs and coordinate resolution for MPLS, ILL, and Point-to-Point links
- Perform new switch installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in coordination with L2 and L3 teams
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot wireless access points along with L2 and L3 teams
- Plan and implement network infrastructure for new sites and office expansions
- Ensure network availability, performance, security, and scalability
