Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues.
Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices for individual users or departments.
Create and update network diagrams to reflect changes in the network infrastructure.
Manage network, firewall, and VOIP telephony system
Setting up of workstations, computers, other office equipment like biometrics and face recognition.
Perform server upgrades for servers, workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365, email and other various platforms
Responds to tickets within the required target response/resolution time and update the users regarding their ticket's progress.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as Network Administrator or IT field
