- Need them to do things like troubleshooting network issues, if cables are not working, is the cable not punched down or does it need new wiring, installing switches, working on UPS, hands for tickets,
- Someone who understands route/switch and wireless
- 2 that have entry knowledge, and 1 person that has true Cisco experience
- Cisco DNA, Cisco ICE, Cisco protocols (BGP), huge Cisco shop. Use all Cisco Security products and Cisco firewalls. Do use Solarwinds. It got destroyed in cyber event and they haven’t rebuilt it yet. VLAN. Config wireless access points and moving them around between controllers.
