Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support existing and newly implemented network infrastructure and security solutions in line with established support and operational processes.
• Build, deploy, and administer network environments, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services such as load balancing (NLB) and related technologies.

• Provide senior-level operational support, including:

• Troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root cause analysis

• Managing incidents and problems to resolution
• Preparing reports and communicating performance, availability, and quality of network and security platforms
• Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation and support procedures
• Support and assist in the implementation of new network and security infrastructure components, ensuring smooth integration into existing environments.
