The role is a Network Administrator – 3rd Line Support Technician – responsible for providing hands‑on operational support, developing the support framework, and implementing network services within the business.

Responsibilities Provide high‑level (3rd line) support across core systems and infrastructure. Report directly to the IT Manager and collaborate with stakeholders on projects. Lead the implementation of services from a technical perspective. Maintain and troubleshoot server and network environments. Document procedures and manage change requests.
