Job Description
Key Responsibility
- To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
- Service Configuration & Provisioning as per guidelines and MOP.
- End to end standard orders testing, coordination with Field Teams for new delivery & NW Faults.
- Reporting Standard Order/Work Order status (Configuration & Provisioning Status).
- New Feature Implementation, System & Application Patch Introduction/Up gradation as per plan.
- Routinely generate Reports as per the requirement.
- Backup of NE/NMS components to internal/external system
- Asset and Configuration Management Support.
- L1 troubleshooting, Fault Analysis of Network issues.
- Collaborate & assist internal teams during network issues and service roll out.
- Support Change Introduction Impact Analysis, Change Management.
