About the Role
We are seeking a NetSuite Technical Lead / Senior Developer who combines strong NetSuite engineering expertise with a mindset for continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who can own technical design, remain hands-on with development, and actively improve how the team builds and delivers solutions. You will work closely with developers, functional consultants, customers, and the company's Solution Architect to design scalable, upgrade-resilient NetSuite solutions while introducing better tooling, automation, and engineering practices across the team. Key Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to the technical design and implementation of NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, SDF, and SuiteCloud tools
- Architect solutions that minimize tight coupling, manage governance limits, and remain stable across NetSuite upgrades
