The NetSuite Functional Consultant is in charge of comprehending the business processes of the company and the clients they will be working with and also for translating the business requirements to tailor the software to the organization's needs. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are the key abilities for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • be responsible for the implementation process including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, installation, data conversion, user training and lifecycle support of NetSuite software
  • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
  • Develop test scripts and testing phase
  • Assist customers with data conversions
  • Make recommendations to customers for new process and capabilities
