Role Summary

IBS is hiring an experienced ERP Administrator with deep NetSuite OneWorld expertise to optimize how our teams work every day. This role focuses on workflow optimization, user experience, documentation, testing, and training, with a strong emphasis on making NetSuite intuitive and effective for non-technical users.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and takes personal pride in doing things the right way. You care deeply about clean systems, accurate documentation, and helping users truly understand how, and why, things work.

A major component of this role is end-user training. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, build high-quality documentation and videos, and help develop AI-powered training tools to scale knowledge across the organization.

You will work closely with the Global IT Director and key business stakeholders to continuously improve how IBS uses NetSuite.
