  70% team handling & delivery ownership
  and
  30% hands-on technical leadership
  .
• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
• Drive delivery, task allocation, and stakeholder coordination
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution design
• Tech Stack:
  .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server (Azure is a plus)
• Experience:
  8+ years overall, with prior team lead experience
