Neonatology opening - Henderson, NV Location: Henderson, NV - Greater Las Vegas areaPermanent, full-time position Overview: Flexible 24-hour shift scheduling (6-8 shifts per month) Rotating weekends required Inpatient only, no outpatient clinic coverage Clinical Details: Level II and Level III NICU coverage across two campuses 26-bed Level III NICU at Siena Campus (avg. census 22) and 6-bed Level II NICU at San Martin Campus (avg. census 3) Advanced neonatal care including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) Support Staff: Skilled NICU nursing team, pediatric subspecialists, OB hospitalists, and MFM support Responsibilities: High-acuity NICU coverage, delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitation, teaching fellows/residents, participation in QI projects Team Environment: Collaborative, mission-driven group Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of training) Nevada medical license (or ability to...
