Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Nursing
  • 7+ years' experience, incl. 3 years as Head Nurse
  • Master's/Diploma in Management (preferred)
  • Strong leadership & managerial skills
  • Dataflow required; Saudi license a plus
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
  • Advocate for patients and families with dignity and respect
  • Manage unit resources, budgets, and performance plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Oversee patient education programs and staff development
  • Conduct meetings, appraisals, and support recruitment/retention
  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
