In this role, you will provide essential support to the Neighbourhood Team in Hampshire, working collaboratively with fellow Neighbourhood Assistants and receiving guidance and support from a Senior Neighbourhood Officer.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the Neighbourhood Officers and dealing with a variety of customer queries. You will manage the mutual exchange process, tenancy changes and updating tenancy records alongside other tenancy queries, both by phone, email and in person.

You won’t always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required across the county, so there’s a real mix of housing management ...
