Hi there, I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to tackle a few misc computer tasks at home. I need someone to troubleshoot a slow laptop, install a fresh operating system, set up essential software, and configure a secure Wi-Fi network with guest access. I’d also appreciate guidance on data backup and basic maintenance to prevent future issues. Preference for someone who explains things clearly and can work around my schedule.
