Need in-home support for daily living tasks at home

I’m looking for a caregiver to provide keeping-up-at-home support for my elderly parent. The role includes help with light housekeeping, meal planning and prep, medication reminders, transport to appointments if needed, and general companionship. We prefer someone trustworthy, patient, and with prior experience in dementia-friendly care. We’d like flexible hours, a steady routine, and clear communication about daily activities. Basic privacy and respect for boundaries are important, and we’re hoping for someone to start part-time with potential for more hours if everything goes well.
