Need help turning over soil in small garden plot

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to turn over the soil in a small garden bed (about 8x4 feet) in my back yard. The goal is to improve drainage and prepare it for spring planting. I’d prefer someone who has a garden fork or tiller and can break up compacted soil, remove roots, and rake smooth. No heavy machinery needed. I’d also appreciate advice on any obvious amendments like compost or mulch. I’m flexible on days but would like the work done in the next week and can provide water and snacks on site. Please let me know your availability and any gear you bring.
