Need help removing bulky items and junk from home move

I'm organizing a small move and need someone to clear out and safely remove bulky items and general junk from a residential property in preparation for the move. Items include old furniture pieces, mattresses, boxes, and some garden waste. The job involves sorting, loading, and transporting to a proper disposal or recycling facility. Access is via a ground-floor doorway; stairs are minimal. Please bring appropriate PPE and ensure mattresses and electronics are properly disposed of according to local UK regulations. Flexible start times, but I’d prefer a morning session on a weekday. If you have a large van or trailer, that would be ideal.
