I'm looking for someone to help with meal prep at home for the week. I have a small kitchen and basic ingredients, and I’d like nutritious, easy-to-reheat dishes planned and cooked. Ideally you’d plan a menu, shop for a few staples if needed, and prepare portions that can be frozen or stored. I’d prefer someone who can accommodate dietary preferences (vegetarian options, low-sodium, and allergy awareness) and clean as you go. Flexible start times, but I’d like to start in the morning and finish before lunch, with about 2–3 batches of meals. Please share your experience with meal prepping, approximate cost, and any equipment needed.
